How Do I Download and Install Irfanview?
Go to http://www.irfanview.com/ and click on the download button. We recommend downloading this from CNET, but any other site should work as well. Follow the instructions to download the program and then click on it to install. In the process of installing you will see a window like this:
If you do not have other graphics programs that are set up to open and edit certain files, then we recommend you scroll down and check the boxes next to "GIF" "JP2" and "JPG". This is optional. If you are not sure you may skip this.
You will also see an offer to install some Goggle software. The window looks like this:
Unless you want this software for some reason, we recommend you "un-check" these two boxes and then press "next."
When you are almost completed, you will get a window like the one above. Click on Yes.
