Terms of Service
All our customers must agree to these policies before signing up and
must constrain the content they put on their pages to stay within these
guidelines.
All customers using the services of Yen 9 are prohibited from posting or transmitting on or through
any of Yen 9's servers, any material that is (in Yen 9's sole discretion)
unlawful, "adult-oriented", defamatory, libelous, or encourages
conduct that could be harmful to people or would constitute a criminal
offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any local,
state, federal or international law.
Specifically you may not use the services:

in a manner which violates any law, regulation,
treaty or tariff;

in a manner which is defamatory, fraudulent,
indecent, offensive or deceptive;

to threaten, harass, abuse or intimidate others;

to show, link or solicit for pornography or
sex-related merchandising or services

to attempt to or break security on any computer
network
Customers also agree to stay within the bandwidth and disk
limitations associated with the plan they have signed up for.
Yen 9 reserves the right to terminate service to any customer who ignores any of these restrictions.
Yen 9 will not sell or offer for sale any sub domain name in use by a customer that is up to date on their payments.
Sub domain names are available on a "first come first served" basis without discrimination.
